September 13, 2006 : David G. Greene Presents Workers' Compensation Case Law Update
David G. Greene, a partner in Weber Gallagher's Workers' Compensation practice group, provided the employer's perspective on recent legislation and court decisions at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's Workers' Compensation Fall Section Meeting in Hershey, Pennsylvania. This two-day annual meeting is the largest workers' compensation seminar in Pennsylvania, drawing between 600 and 800 practitioners and Judges from across the Commonwealth.
