April 11, 2007 : Weber Gallagher Attorneys Lead Workers Compensation Seminar
Partner Paul M. Fires moderated a seminar discussing issues surrounding employee-initiated petitions, settlement and mediation strategy, subrogation and third party actions, and appellate issues in the field of workers' compensation law. The "Workers Compensation Update in Pennsylvania" seminar, sponsored by Lorman Education Services, was held on April 17, 2007 in Philadelphia. Partner Zachary M. Rubinich and associate Shawn C. Gooden served on the faculty for the seminar.
