Richard K. Tavani, a partner in the Cherry Hill office of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, served as a faculty member for the “ADA, FMLA and Workers’ Compensation in New Jersey” seminar, sponsored by Lorman Education Services, on March 25, 2004 in Parsippany, New Jersey.  The full-day course, designed for human resource and other occupational professionals, covered recent developments under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and New Jersey workers’ compensation law.  Tavani concentrates his practice on the representation of employers in workers’ compensation matters.
