Richard K. Tavani, a partner in the Cherry Hill office of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, will serve as a faculty member for the “Best Practices in ADA, FMLA and Workers’ Compensation” seminar, sponsored by Lorman Education Services, on August 9, 2007 in Parsippany, New Jersey.  The full-day course, designed for human resource and other occupational professionals, covers recent developments under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and New Jersey workers’ compensation law.  Mr. Tavani concentrates his practice on the representation of employers in workers’ compensation matters.
