August 17, 2007 : Zachary M. Rubinich and Shawn C. Gooden to Speak at Pennsylvania Self Insurers Association Fall Meeting
Zachary M. Rubinich, a partner in the Firm's Philadelphia Office and Shawn C. Gooden, an associate in the Firm's Philadelphia office, has been invited to speak to the Pennsylvania Self Insurers Association at its annual Fall Section Meeting in Hershey, Pennsylvania on September 21, 2007. Messrs. Rubinich and Gooden will discuss claim settlement strategies, including effective use of mediation, annuities, Medicare set-asides and the Act 147 amendments to the Pennsylvania Worker’s Compensation Act and their impact on mediation under the Worker’s Compensation Act.
