August 22, 2007 : Wendi D. Barish Speaks at PLUS International Conference
Wendi D. Barish, a partner in the Firm's Philadelphia office, will participate in a panel discussion at the 2007 PLUS International Conference in Washington, D.C. on November 7-9, 2007. Ms. Barish, who focuses her practice on the defense of labor and employment matters, will address claims of employer retaliation in the workplace.
The Professional Underwriting Liability Society, or PLUS, is recognized as the primary source of professional liability educational programs and seminars and information regarding professional liability. Membership consists of over 6,000 individuals, representing over 1,000 companies active in the many fields of professional liability.
