October 05, 2007 : Andrew K. Worek Serves as PATLA Seminar Panelist
Partner Andrew K. Worek has been invited to serve as the defense panelist for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association 2nd Annual Medical Malpractice Full-Day Seminar, to be held in Philadelphia on November 16, 2007. Mr. Worek will provide the defense perspective on various issues including informed consent, qualification of experts, jury selection, mediation and the new aspects of damages law under the MCARE Act.
