July 08, 2008 : David J. Rosenberg and Paul M. Fires Give A Keynote Address at the Annual IADC Meeting

David Rosenberg and Paul Fires gave a keynote address on Ethical Billing at the annual meeting of the International Association of Defense Counsel in July, 2008 at The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.  They were joined in their presentation by John D. Cole of Wiley Rein LLP, William Garcia, Manager of Corporate Litigation for Safeco Insurance, and Frederick C. Schaeffer, Director of Reinsurance Claim and Legal for Nationwide Indemnity Insurance Company.  The meeting was attended by insurance executives and their counsel from all over the world.  The IADC was founded in 1920 and its invitation-only, peer-reviewed membership consists of leading litigators with both national and world-wide practices.  The IADC also maintains its Corporate Counsel College and Trial Academy (affiliated with Stanford Law School), two of the leading trial advocacy programs for corporate counsel and defense lawyers.  Mr. Rosenberg and Mr. Fires are both members of the IADC.
