December 23, 2008 : Jeffrey D. Newby to Speak at Litigation Management Conference
Partner Jeffrey D. Newby will be a panelist at the Council on Litigation Management's Annual Conference on March 11-13, 2009 in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Newby will be speaking at a session titled "New Strategies and Solutions in Workers' Compensation: Communication the Key to Success." This session focuses on the legal issues involved with taking a claim case, ascertaining its legal merit and helping clients to get the care they deserve.
