Partner Paul M. Fires was a panelist at the Council on Litigation Management's Annual Conference in March 2008. Mr. Fires spoke at two sessions. The first was titled "Selecting an E-Billing Provider” which covered the growing trend in e-billing. The course also identified the pros and cons of e-billing and identified the many providers that are on the market today.
The second session was titled, “How to Work with TPAs and Litigation Support Vendors”. This session provided insight in identifying Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and other litigation support providers for your case from pre-trial through trial.
