David G. Greene will serve as moderator and course planner for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s “Tough Problems in Workers’ Compensation.” This program is designed specifically by and for the experienced workers’ compensation practitioner to explore some of the trickiest issues. Claimants’ and defense counsel use lively point/counterpoint style to debate these tough problems. Find out how your colleagues (and opponents) across the state are handling these matters - and what judges think.

In addition to focusing on specific problems, the faculty will bring attendees up to date with a fast-paced review of other recent decisions from the Commonwealth and Supreme Courts and how they affect attorneys, their clients and their practices. The seminar will take place on Friday, March 13, 2009 in Mechanicsburg and Wednesday, March 25, 2009 in Philadelphia.
