Weber Gallagher attorneys Peter J. Weber, Paul M. Fires, Joshua A. Gray, Shawn C. Gooden and Renee M. Porada conducted a seminar on Strategic Initiative for Claims Professionals to Reduce Exposure of Complex Workers' Compensation Claims. The seminar included a Review of the Sixth Ediction of the AMA Guidelines; an Update on Diehl, and Strategies to Resolve Claims Involving Medicare Beneficiaries.
