Weber Gallagher attorneys David G. Greene, Joshua A. Gray, Shawn C. Gooden and Renee M. Porada will conduct a seminar on Strategic Initiative for Claims Professionals to Reduce Exposure of Complex Workers' Compensation Claims. The seminar includes a Review of the Sixth Ediction of the AMA Guidelines; Forum Shopping between Pennsylvania and New Jersey Benefits; and Strategies to Resolve Claims Involving Medicare Beneficiaries.
