Partner, Michael E. Adler, served as moderator on a roundtable discussion on Navigating the Changing Landscape of E-Discovery A Roundtable Discussion.
The goal was to provide information about the latest trends in e-discovery, and to address some of the challenges it presents. The participants provided practical insight for corporate counsel as well as plaintiffs’ and defense attorneys. The topics of discussion included recent e-discovery amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, litigation preparation and response strategies, document retention, technology and litigation support teams and the costs of e-discovery.
