Thomas E. Butler, Jr., a partner in the Philadelphia office of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, spoke before attorneys and real estate professionals at a continuing education seminar on April 28, 2005 in Philadelphia. The one-day seminar, "Real Estate Litigation in Pennsylvania," explored the Pennsylvania Lien Priority Law, illustrated title litigation and its effect on the landowner, and examined the intersection between bankruptcy law and real estate law. The seminar was sponsored by Lorman Education Services.
