August 24, 2009 : Richard D. Arnold Speaks at NJ ICLE Seminar

Newark partner Richard D. Arnold will be among the speakers at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education's seminar on workers' compensation issues on August 26, 2009 in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

In a version of “Compensation Crossfire,” attendees will hear a petitioner’s attorney and a defense attorney (Mr. Arnold) square off and provide their perspectives in handling a workers’ compensation case using realistic case scenarios. A workers’ compensation judge will offer the judicial perspective on what evidence would be important to consider in each hypothetical case scenario.
