September 21, 2009 : Firm Attorneys Speak at Pa. Health Care Association Conference
On September 15-17, 2009, the Pennsylvania Health Care Association (PHCA), whose members include Pennsylvania’s nursing homes and long-term care industry, held its annual convention in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Weber Gallagher attorneys participated in the convention by speaking at a seminar on litigation and long-term care. Samuel H. Foreman spoke about the litigation environment and current trends and Paula A. Koczan spoke about ways to improve care and manage risks. The firm also sponsored a booth at the convention, gave away prizes, and promoted its complimentary Nursing Home and Long Term Care Bulletin service.
