Jeffrey D. Newby and Mark S. Setaro, partners in the Cherry Hill office of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, spoke before attorneys and human resources professionals at a continuing education seminar on September 21, 2004 in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.  The one-day seminar, "How to Handle a Workers' Compensation Claim in New Jersey," explored and clarified the complex issues associated with workers' compensation claims as well as offered investigative techniques to assist in limiting the loss.  The seminar was sponsored by Lorman Education Services.
