David G. Greene, a partner in the Philadelphia office of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, served as the course planner of and spoke at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's "Tough Problems in Workers' Compensation" course in Philadelphia on March 24, 2005 and in Scranton, Pennsylvania on March 31, 2005.  Mr. Greene devotes his entire practice to defending workers' compensation matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators.
