February 24, 2005 : David J. Rosenberg Speaks at IADC Midyear Meeting

David J. Rosenberg, a partner in the Pittsburgh office of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, spoke at the International Association of Defense Counsel's Midyear Meeting in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico on February 14, 2005.  In "Making Litigation Guidelines Work for You and Your Client," Mr. Rosenberg discussed how to work with clients in making litigation guidelines a positive part of representation, highlighting the sensitive issues of budgets, audits, reporting and billing.

Rosenberg, who is admitted to the Pennsylvania and West Virginia Bars, concentrates his legal practice in the areas of tort litigation, subrogation, insurance coverage and bad faith, and commercial litigation.  He serves as a Vice Chair of the IADC’s Casualty Insurance and Property Insurance Committees and is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
