June 27, 2005 : David J. Rosenberg Speaks at IADC Annual Meeting

David J. Rosenberg, a partner in the Pittsburgh office of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, spoke at the 2005 Annual Meeting of the International Association of Defense Counsel in Colorado Springs, Colorado on July 6, 2005.  The program, titled "Trying A Mold Case," followed the trial of a lawsuit in which Mr. Rosenberg defended and achieved a defense verdict.  Issues covered in the program include: defending misprepresentation claims in mold cases, construction issues, coverage issues, how to present experts, and selling an "overreaction" defense.

Rosenberg, who is admitted to the Pennsylvania and West Virginia Bars, concentrates his legal practice in the areas of tort litigation, subrogation, insurance coverage and bad faith, and commercial litigation.  He serves as a Vice Chair of the IADC’s Casualty Insurance and Property Insurance Committees and is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
