Jeffrey D. Newby and Mark S. Setaro, partners in the Cherry Hill office of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, spoke before attorneys, human resource directors and other professionals at a continuing education seminar on September 29, 2005 in Cherry Hill. The one-day seminar, titled "Workers' Compensation Claims in New Jersey," explored and clarified the complex issues associated with workers' compensation claims as well as offer investigative techniques to assist in limiting the loss. The seminar was sponsored by Lorman Education Services.
