November 03, 2005 : Weber Gallagher Co-Sponsors London Seminar on Katrina-Related Insurance Issues

The law firm of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP co-sponsored a panel discussion on Hurricane Katrina-related insurance issues at the Lloyd's Club in London, England on Tuesday, December 6, 2005.  The "Katrina: A View From Both Shores" seminar, also sponsored by the London-based law firm of Charles Russell, focused on insurance coverage and governmental issues related to the storm, as well as insights regarding reinsurance strategies.  The topics featured in the discussion included legislative and government action, business interruption, replacement costs, reinsurance, mold, wind vs. flood, and class actions.
