Commercial Transactions
We regularly represent individual and corporate clients in a variety of commercial transactions. We negotiate and draft such documents as employment agreements, asset purchase agreements and partnership agreements. Our attorneys also provide advice and counsel on issues pertaining to federal trademark, copyright and related intellectual property concerns. We also handle residential and commercial real estate matters as well as class action defense.

Business Disputes
Our attorneys represent corporations, LLC's, sole proprietorships, partnerships, individual directors, officers, partners, shareholders and employees in litigation involving breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, self dealing, fraud, breach of restrictive covenants, infringement of intellectual property rights, related business torts and U.C.C. claims. We also handle matters relating to licensing, fraud and unfair business practices.

Directors and Officers Liability
We handle a wide variety of claims involving directors and officers of public and private companies. Our services include representation of and consultation with insurance carriers for insureds involved in class action investor and shareholder derivative lawsuits as well as more common business tort litigations naming corporate directors and officers as defendants. We also represent insurers in declaratory judgment coverage litigation and arbitration arising out of Directors and Officers primary and excess policies.
