Our attorneys represent clients in construction litigation throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The vast experience of our group enables us to represent clients in a variety of defect matters before state and federal courts.
We have been involved in the mediation, arbitration, and trial of large and small scale construction defect cases involving both commercial and residential construction. Our attorneys handle various types of construction defects matters, such as building envelope cases and defective foundations. We also handle personal injury cases and property damage claims arising out of construction defects.
Members of our Construction Litigation practice are intimately familiar with the design, construction, and financial issues that can result from a troubled construction project, and we know how to protect our clients' interests and present the best case possible. Along those lines, we work closely with a network of industry professionals and can confidently recommend trial-tested experts in such relevant fields as engineering and design. We also have extensive contacts with accountants, appraisers, and economists for damage analysis purposes.
Our Construction Litigation practice group is chaired by Richard E. Stabinski, who can be reached at 215.825.7215 or rstabinski@wglaw.com.
