Our Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice group specializes in conflict resolution through non-traditional means. We mediate and arbitrate a full range of conflicts involving business associations, personnel matters, client/customer disputes and claims, as well as any dispute that has led, or might lead, to litigation. In the resolution of these conflicts, we devote attention to the expeditious use of resources and, where appropriate, to the repair and transformation of the relationship between parties. Our ADR attorneys utilize the type of mediation most appropriate to serving the client's best interest – evaluative (to evaluate the matter for settlement), transformative (to enable parties to continue or resume a productive relationship), or facilitative (to help parties create the most appropriate resolution of the conflict). Our fundamental goal for our ADR clients is to have their dispute resolution goals met. ADR and mediation allow our clients the flexibility to structure their own dispute resolution without the restrictions and costs of trial.
Our Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice group is chaired by Marshall J. (Jeff) Tindall, who can be reached at 412.894.0107 or mtindall@wglaw.com.
