The Nursing Home and Long Term Care Liability group is dedicated to providing affordable, skilled representation and advice to those in our region who care for our friends and families in their golden years. The Nursing Home and Long Term Care Liability group produces a publication titled the Nursing Home and Long Term Care Bulletin. This is a complimentary service which reports breaking case law, legislative action, and regulatory developments to anyone with an interest in the long term care industry. It is a Bulletin, not a newsletter, and is not sent out on a prearranged schedule - the Bulletin is sent out only when there is news to report, so it's always worth reading. Our partners present educational seminars for both management and administrative personnel in long term health care, as well as for staff and health care providers. These seminars, which can be used for continuing education credit, address preventing claims, best practices for documentation, fall avoidance, regulatory compliance, and methods to make residents and their families happy and healthy. The seminars, like the Bulletin, are provided as a complimentary service, as a part of our commitment to our clients and the long term care industry as a whole.
