Our Professional Liability practice group services a regional and national client base. The department's attorneys have experience in defending professionals in liability matters involving accountants, clergy, insurance brokers and agents, lawyers and other professionals. The partners and associates in the Professional Liability group have extensive experience working with expert witnesses on issues covering both liability and damages. They not only have vast trial experience but also expertise in presenting complex cases to focus groups, mock juries and shadow juries. In addition to the defense of professional liability matters, members of the group also specialize in defending breach of fiduciary duty claims and claims of errors or omissions. Our Professional Liability practice group is chaired by Joseph Goldberg, who can be reached at 215.825.7225 or jgoldberg@wglaw.com.
