Cassandra represents carriers and underwriters of international insurance carriers in coverage disputes involving multiple lines including construction, catastrophic loss, aviation, and accident & health policies. She has substantial experience in commercial litigation, professional liability, premise liability, and common carrier liability. She has represented insurance carriers, in-house counsel, municipalities, and professionals and provided swift and effective results. This experience has allowed Cassandra to develop a distinctive skillset for creating cost-effective solutions for her client’s specific needs.

Her litigation experience includes hands on first chair jury trial experience, first chair and second chair bench trial experience, appeals, arbitrations, and arguing dispositive motions. If your dispute cannot be resolved, Cassandra can assist in taking the matter to verdict.
