Edmund focuses his practice on defending clients in all employment-related litigation.

Edmund has experience representing clients in matters pertaining to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964,  the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, the Philadelphia Fair Practices Ordinance, the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA), and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination.

He has also worked on litigation for class/collective actions for unpaid overtime/misclassification under the FLSA, the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act, and New Jersey Wage and Hour Laws.

Before joining Weber Gallagher, Edmund worked at a boutique employment law firm focusing exclusively on employee labor and employment rights.
