Elizabeth focuses her practice on insurance coverage and medical malpractice defense. Elizabeth has substantial experience with insurance coverage matters and is well-versed in providing insurance coverage opinions and litigating insurance coverage claims. Additionally, Elizabeth defends health systems, providers, and hospitals against malpractice claims while working to prevent the claims.

Collaborating closely with clients, Elizabeth finds solutions and provides guidance on adhering to both federal and state health regulations. She has experience developing coverage opinions and developing strategic approaches to help clients navigate settlement negotiations.

Elizabeth works with claims managers, managing coverage issues across Pennsylvania, and has experience with major insurance companies that offer coverage in nearly all 50 states.

Elizabeth also manages claims related to cybersecurity. She offers legal counseling on privacy, data security, and cybersecurity, addressing concerns related to risk and liability. Elizabeth has presented at regional cybersecurity seminars, sharing insights on safeguarding businesses and ensuring compliance in the dynamic realm of cybersecurity.

Elizabeth previously worked as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Craig L. Wellerson in the Superior Court of New Jersey. She is also certified in mediation and has conducted settlement and case management conferences.

Central Penn Business Journal selected Elizabeth for their Forty Under 40 lists. Since 2020, Elizabeth has been included as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star.
