Elizabeth works with claims managers, managing coverage issues across Pennsylvania, and has experience with major insurance companies that offer coverage in nearly all 50 states.
Elizabeth also manages claims related to cybersecurity. She offers legal counseling on privacy, data security, and cybersecurity, addressing concerns related to risk and liability. Elizabeth has presented at regional cybersecurity seminars, sharing insights on safeguarding businesses and ensuring compliance in the dynamic realm of cybersecurity.
Elizabeth previously worked as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Craig L. Wellerson in the Superior Court of New Jersey. She is also certified in mediation and has conducted settlement and case management conferences.
Central Penn Business Journal selected Elizabeth for their Forty Under 40 lists. Since 2020, Elizabeth has been included as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star.
