Elizabeth represents a variety of national companies, insurance companies, and insureds throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, defending them in general liability and premises liability matters.

In her practice, Elizabeth works closely with clients and managing partners to handle depositions of fact witnesses, status conferences, pretrial motions, and more. Elizabeth regularly meets with clients to keep them abreast of their cases. Frequently appearing in court, Elizabeth is well versed in handling oral arguments and assisting in securing favorable outcomes for clients.

Additionally, Elizabeth concentrates her practice on defending professional liability matters involving medical malpractice and legal malpractice issues. Elizabeth represents doctors, nurses, physician groups, medical facilities, and health systems against alleged claims of catastrophic injuries.

Elizabeth's experience also includes defending insurance companies and employers in Workers’ Compensation matters. Elizabeth served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kenneth Seamans for the Court of Common Pleas of Susquehanna County.
