Jennifer has nearly 30 years of experience defending hundreds of high exposure personal injury cases across New Jersey and Pennsylvania state and federal courts. Jennifer represents corporate clients whose businesses span a range of industries, including national supermarkets, restaurants, retail stores, shopping malls, airlines, department stores, banks, trucking companies, and other commercial property owners.

Jennifer’s strong litigation experience includes premises liability, general liability, automobile, insurance fraud, trucking, and dram shop claims. Additionally, Jennifer is a regular speaker on a myriad of legal topics affecting commercial property owners, enjoys sitting as an arbitrator and mediator in litigation matters, and teaching continuing legal education classes.

In law school, Jennifer clerked for the Honorable G. Craig Lord, in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Complex Litigation Division. She also studied international law and government in a study abroad program at the University of Leiden, Netherlands.
