Jerry Lynch handles civil defense matters involving general liability, construction, labor law, and products liability claims. Jerry also has significant experience in defending against medical malpractice claims. Jerry is well-versed in managing discovery, motions, and pre-trial prep to ensure clients receive favorable results. He has selected juries, tried cases to verdict, and argued appeals.

Jerry is also an Adjunct Professor at New York University, where he teaches the Legal Aspects of Healthcare, Business Law, and Business Ethics. He also serves as an officer on the Board of Directors for Betances Health Center, a non-profit medical center that provides quality healthcare regardless of the ability to pay to nearly 7,000 patients in New York City.

In law school, Jerry was a Supreme Court Justice on his university’s judicial branch and served as a BioLaw Fellow at the Center for Law & Biomedical Sciences, and as a Law Fellow at the University of Oxford, U.K., for Law, Human Rights & Ethics.
