Keanna Seabrooks is a skilled attorney with litigation and trial experience for companies and their employees. Her practice encompasses a wide range of legal areas, including medical malpractice, civil rights litigation, employment disputes, and general liability matters.

In her general practice, Keanna defends correctional healthcare companies and professionals, including doctors, nurses, physician assistants, and healthcare administrators, in medical malpractice and civil rights litigation governed by 42 U.S.C. § 1983. She provides comprehensive representation to clients throughout all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts. She has successfully defended matters pursuant to state and federal statutes, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Rehabilitation Act, and various state and common law theories.

Keanna also represents corporate clients in employment disputes involving sexual harassment, wrongful termination, equal pay, and retaliation claims. She has defended cases involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the PA Human Relations Act, and the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Keanna has also litigated violations of the Equal Pay Act of 1963 and the PA Wage Payment and Collection Law. She conducts thorough comparative analyses and meticulously reviews discovery materials, including medical records and personnel files, to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients.

Keanna is deeply committed to community service and actively participates in Weber Gallagher's Pro Bono Committee. She collaborates with various organizations, including National Veterans Legal Services Program (NVLSP) and the Jewish Family and Community Support, to make a positive impact. Keanna is also serves on the executive board of the local chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Through this international collegiate sorority and non-profit community service organization, she works towards improving the lives of women and their families in the Greater Pittsburgh Area.

Early in her legal career, Keanna specialized in bankruptcy law in the Western District of Pennsylvania and gained valuable experience in credit card and consumer defense at a law firm in the Pittsburgh area. She further honed her skills representing Class I railroad companies in Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) actions across state and federal courts throughout the country. In addition, Keanna has experience in insurance defense, professional liability, and family law.

Keanna obtained her law degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, where she distinguished herself as a Juris Staff Writer and was honored with the 2015 McGinley Public Service Law Fellowship. During her time in law school, she actively engaged in pro bono work for numerous organizations, including The Name Change Project, The Expungement Project, and The Landlord Tenant Project. Keanna also served as a student attorney in the Duquesne University Family Law Clinic and held a leadership role in the Black Law Students Association.
