Representative ExperienceTestimonial:
“I had a case regarding a Landlord / Tennant dispute in Delaware. […] During the trial, Kristen asked all the right questions, and backed the property manager into a corner. I watched the landlord’s case fall apart before my eyes. […] The landlord’s attorney then offered a settlement that was beneficial to me. Kristen Swift did a fantastic job with my case. If any of my neighbors have difficulty with this landlord, or any issue, I will be sure to recommend her to them. Again, a first-rate job, Kristen really did her homework, complete with diagrams and executed a very damaging cross-examination of the landlord’s main witness, essentially winning the case and getting me to my desired outcome by allowing me to keep my vacation home.”
