Laura focuses her practice on defense litigation for corporate entities including commercial motor vehicle companies, national commercial carriers, large retail chains, convenience stores, and their insurers, in matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. As an experienced Philadelphia trial attorney, Laura also frequently serves as a court appointed arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas Arbitration Program, hearing and deciding a variety of cases.

She has represented clients before both state and federal courts. Laura also handles arbitrations, alternative dispute resolution, and trials.

As an experienced litigator, Laura has defended clients in personal injury cases involving premises liability claims, slip and fall claims, and motor vehicle accidents.  She has an extensive background representing insureds pursuant to private personal auto and homeowners policies, and has also worked with large national insurance carriers in coverage cases.  She has previous experience in performing coverage analyses and preparing coverage opinions, including first-party and third-party exclusions, for several large insurance carriers.

Before joining Weber Gallagher, Laura defended commercial clients, including self-insured retailers, construction companies, restaurants, and commercial property owners in commercial liability, premises liability, and contractual claims. She also handled subrogation matters and first-party insurance claims.
