With more than 15 years of experience, Loren represents her clients in business litigation, employment, and professional liability defense matters. She represents lawyers, accountants, and other professionals in the Court of Chancery, Superior Court, and Federal courts.
Loren served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Superior Court of the State of Delaware for the Honorables John E. Babiarz, Jr. and Diane Clarke Streett. Loren also practiced appellate law in Florida and served as a Federal Judicial Intern in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Kovachevich.
In addition to her legal practice, Loren served for three years on the Board of Trustees for Delaware Dance Company, a non-profit ballet school in Newark, Delaware.
In college, Loren was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Sigma Tau Delta and a recipient of the Edward Arlo Willing Scholarship Award. Loren attended Stetson University College of Law on a merit scholarship where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi Honors Chapter.
