Marco Di Prato focuses his practice on defending clients in claims pertaining to cargo and maritime matters. This includes defending trucking companies in wrongful death and bodily injury cases, regulatory and contractual disputes, and more. 

In his practice, Marco handles cases involving large multinational engineering and service companies in property damage, subrogation and premises liability matters. His experience also includes assisting insurance industry clients in first-party coverage matters and investigating all types of claims, including large-scare residential and commercial arsons, burglaries, vandalism, and claims involving tax, bankruptcy, and mortgage fraud, among others.

A seasonal professional, Marco has trial experience handling a wide array of civil matters including personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, trademark litigation, and family matters. He has also represented entrepreneurs and start-up companies in the greater Philadelphia area.

Marco has served as an intern at the Drexel University Office of the General Counsel and worked as a due diligence fellow at Robin Hood Ventures.

Marco completed the Litigation Management Institute through Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). Additionally, Marco is certified through CLM's Claims College and was awarded the designation of certified claims professional in insurance fraud. 

Since 2021, Marco has been recognized by the publisher of the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers Magazine as a "Rising Star," an honor given to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the Commonwealth who are 40 years old or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less.
