Michael handles the corporate defense of hospitals, physicians, psychiatrists, healthcare workers, and medical transportation companies in medical malpractice matters throughout Pennsylvania. With more than 20 years of litigation experience, Michael has routinely delivered favorable results to his clients involving alleged negligence, professional liability, constitutional violations, and more. 

Michael manages cases through all phases of litigation from inception of a claim through trial. He has successfully argued before the Appellate and Superior Courts of Pennsylvania.

Additionally, Michael’s experience includes representing employers in labor and employment litigation including discrimination claims. Michael provides employers with counseling and guidance for pre-litigation matters involving employees, employee discipline and termination, and employee handbooks. He also handled cases involving civil rights, commercial law, and general liability.

In his practice, Michael has significant experience defending manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors in product liability and toxic tort actions, including cases involving the manufacture of component parts for the nuclear power industry. He is also well versed in handling cases involving manufacturers of tungsten carbide products, electricity-generating windmills, high velocity grinding wheels, and hydro-thermic HVAC systems.

Michael is a 2018 graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy.
