Peter defends health care professionals including physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and midwives in medical malpractice cases and before licensing boards.

Peter also represents medical groups and hospitals in medical malpractice matters. Peter works with his clients on the defense of depositions and collaborates with experts to complete reports.

His practice also encompasses general liability and premises liability matters. Peter regularly appears in court and has handled appeals at the state and federal levels.

Peter clerked for the Honorable Peter A. Buchsbaum, J.S.C. (ret.). He is an ombudsman with the Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR). In this role, Peter mediates employment issues between employers and employees who serve in the U.S. military, fostering communication to facilitate an amicable resolution.
