Managing cases from inception to resolution, Robert has a breadth of experience representing clients before state and federal courts across New Jersey and New York.
Robert has served as lead trial counsel, handling a variety of cases including dram shop and motor vehicle negligence. Additionally, he is well versed in handling mediations and negotiating favorable settlements for high exposure personal injury and wrongful death matters.
In his practice, Robert has also handled insurance coverage matters from both the insurer and policyholder side, litigating coverage issues involving issues related to additional insureds, policy exclusions, rescission, reformation and bad faith.

ExperienceSuccessfully negotiated voluntary dismissal of a Plaintiff’s lawsuit against a large commercial property owner client, early on in litigation, without the need for costly motion practice, saving the client on the potential exposure of the Plaintiff’s case as well as on hefty litigation defense costs.
