Scott represents a variety of national companies, insurance companies, and insureds throughout Pennsylvania, defending them in medical malpractice and general liability matters.

In his practice, Scott works closely with clients and managing partners to handle depositions of fact witnesses, status conferences, pretrial motions, and more. Scott's practice includes defending professional liability matters involving medical malpractice claims.

Scott previously worked as a solicitor for Luzerne County Children and Youth where he managed more than 100 active cases from initial filings to closing of the cases.
