Weber Gallagher seeks an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing department.  The Marketing Assistant will provide creative ideas, administrative duties, and assist in developing and implementing the firm’s marketing strategies.  The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the Marketing/Communications field.  Ideally, this candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects at once.  Experience with Dreamweaver a plus.


-Assist in writing marketing materials such as press releases, attorney bios and awards, and speaking submissions

-Assist in maintaining the firm’s website, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, blogs, etc.

-Assist in the creation of signage, email marketing campaigns, alerts, and social media content

-Assist in completing applications for nominations and awards

-Ability to conduct research and pull all relevant background on potential clients, companies/contacts for attorneys

-Order promotional items/business cards

-Assist in setting up and implementing firm-wide webinars

-Assist in the digital creation of alerts, invitations, announcements, etc.

-Manage and update client database and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

-Manage Media, Associations and Memberships and client lists

-Assist with coordinating, set up and disassembly of events
