Defended an occupational claim where the petitioner alleged that while working as a dental hygienist she sustained carpal tunnel syndrome. The petitioner filed a Second Injury Fund looking for permanent disability. In our handling of the claim, we noted significant questions of causal relationship, an intervening MVA and other sundry issues. We resolved our portion of the claim for only $5,000 (Section 20). |
