Noah Katz Obtains Dismissal of Snow-Removal Contractor from Slip and Fall Suit

    Obtained dismissal of a snow-removal contractor from a suit alleging that a slip and fall on a wet floor in a commercial building lobby had left the plaintiff disabled and entitled to more than $300,000 in lost earnings and household services. The motion for summary judgment mined the language of the lease and showed that the client was responsible for snow removal only on the building’s exterior.
