Successfully represented a national restaurant chain in a case where a patron sued for in excess of $500,000 claiming he was injured when feeling a burning sensation on his face after being served a hot plate of food. The Superior Court of New Jersey granted summary judgment in favor of the restaurant chain. The plaintiff appealed the decision to the Appellate Division which affirmed the lower court’s ruling in favor of the restaurant. |
