Successfully persuaded a jury to return a defense verdict in favor of two orthopedic surgeons and their practice group after a five-day trial, where plaintiff alleged that the surgeons did not timely diagnose a knee infection following surgery, causing permanent damage. Plaintiff had asked the jury to award him lost wages, future loss of earning capacity, pain and suffering and loss of life’s pleasures.
