The 2015 Workers' Compensation Rate Schedule has been approved by the Secretary of Labor and Industry.
The maximum compensation payable under the Workers' Compensation Act will be $951.00 per week for injuries occurring on and after Jan. 1, 2015. This applies to an AWW of $1426.51 or more. For an AWW between $713.26 and $1426.50, the rate is calculated by multiplying the AWW by 66 2/3. For an AWW between $528.33 and $713.25, the rate is fixed at $475.50. The rate is 90% for an AWW of $528.32 or less.
The following chart provides not only the 2015 rate schedule but also the rate schedule for 2010 – 2014.
