Mary Sherlock Speaking on Best Practices for Managing Court Cases


Dover, DE – June 10, 2015 – Weber Gallagher Partner Mary E. Sherlock will speak at a panel entitled “Managing court Cases on a Day to Day Basis,” on June 19 as part of the Delaware American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Seminar at the New Castle County Courthouse.  ABOTA is an elite national organization that trial attorneys can only be invited to join once they have completed at least 20 civil or criminal jury trials.

Sherlock will be one of several attorneys speaking at the Judge Vincent Bifferato Trial Practice Forum on topics including systems to keep track of information pertaining to cases, managing deadlines, developing good communication with clients and preparing for trial.

Sherlock is a veteran trial attorney who defends clients in automobile and industrial matters and in premises liability cases, such as slip-and-falls. She is certified as a mediator by the Delaware Superior Court and mediates both simple and complex cases.
